Wrong! With all this crisis the companies are using old planes, they have taken so many services that a 3 hours flight becomes a not so pleasant experience anymore.
Flights are packed because we have less flights.
Old planes have no entertainement.
Old planes have crampy lavatories.
The AC now sometimes is not connected when you board.
The only thing that is great is the implementation of the priority access.
So I'm crampy because my first leg from SFO to GRU via DFW was not good.
Such is life, but I needed to register it here.
